ADDRESS AT PROVINCIAL GRAND LODGE 2011

Earlier this afternoon I was very glad to be able to introduce to you our several guests. On your behalf I am delighted to welcome them to Norwich and to thank them for the very kind hospitality they extend to us when we visit their respective Provinces.
